IMG_7702This must be one of the quickest and easiest cakes around. And it has minimal washing up too as it is all mixed together, at once, in one bowl. The taste is amazing as the combination of pistachios marries very well with the apple topping. I served it with a salted caramel sauce that I had made a few days earlier and it was a perfect topping. So, what is keeping you from starting to make this cake? Get started now and before you know it, you will have a delicious tea time treat or dessert.
